When you sign up, we collect your shop name, your name, a username, and a password (stored encrypted, never in plain text). As you use the platform, your shop's own data — vendors, products, orders, and your customers' names/phone numbers/addresses for deliveries — is stored to operate your account.
Solely to provide the service: running your shop console, processing orders, generating invoices, and — where you've enabled it — sending SMS notifications via our SMS provider (2Factor) or reading invoice photos via an AI provider (Anthropic) on your behalf.
We share data with sub-processors strictly necessary to run features you enable: 2Factor (SMS delivery) and Anthropic (AI invoice reading), and payment processors if/when paid billing launches. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
Your shop's data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records by law.
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting support@s4super.shop.
We use only essential session/authentication storage needed to keep you logged in — no third-party advertising trackers.
S4 Super Shop provides shop management software (inventory, POS, storefront, invoicing) on a hosted (SaaS) basis. The underlying software is open-source; this specific hosted offering is provided "as is," currently at no charge, while in early access.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for complying with applicable law in how you collect and use your own customers' data through the platform (e.g. consent for SMS messages).
The service is currently free. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; existing users will be notified in advance of any change that affects them, and will not be charged without clear notice and an opportunity to opt out or export their data.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
